Melissa’s London Broil
•One Reedy Fork Farm Certified Organic London Broil Roast
•Salt and pepper
Rinse roast with cold water, and place in a deep baking dish. Fill the dish with water until water is half way up the side of the meat. Sprinkle beef with pepper and salt and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake for 1.5 hrs for 2-2.5lbs or until cooked thoroughly.
Slice and serve with or without gravy.
